Do I have to pay the $600 build and a monthly plan?

Yes. The build gets your site designed and launched, and a monthly plan keeps it online, secure and updated. If you already have a website, you can skip the build and just pick a plan.

Why does the build say “starting at”?

$600 covers a custom site with up to 5 pages. Larger sites, online stores or special features are quoted up front before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

What counts as a “content change”?

A small update to your existing site: new hours, a price change, swapping photos, a new special or event, or editing a section of text. New pages or new features are quoted separately.

How long does a new website take?

Most sites are ready to review in 1 to 2 weeks once we have your text and photos. Larger sites take a little longer.

Is there a contract?

Plans are month to month. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who owns my website and domain?

You do. Your domain stays in your name, and if you ever leave we'll hand over your site files.

How do I pay?

We send an automatic monthly invoice. Pay by card or bank transfer, and you can set it to autopay so you never have to think about it.

Can you take over my existing website?

Yes. Any plan can host and manage a site you already have. We'll look it over first and let you know if anything needs fixing.
